US tanker aircraft are stationed at Vasil Levski Airport. They are there under a decision of the Council of Ministers of the Zhelyazkov cabinet, with permission to remain until the end of May. I expect the American side to request an extension of their stay at the airport.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

In this regard, yesterday I held a conversation with the American president and with Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth. During my conversation with Trump, I firmly raised the issue of removing US visa requirements for Bulgarian citizens. I expect this matter to be considered as a matter of urgency.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

This was announced by Prime Minister Rumen Radev at the beginning of the government meeting.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cAs we have already announced, we are beginning an administrative reform with two important goals \u2014 increasing efficiency and reducing expenses. I want to state clearly that there will be no mass dismissals leading to a loss of administrative capacity and legal risks.<\/p>\n

There will be no layoffs or restructuring before a preliminary review of the structures and functions has been carried out and without an in-depth analysis. In this regard, we are establishing a Council for Administrative Reform chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Donev,\u201d he also announced.<\/p>\n

Finally, the prime minister did not miss the opportunity to highlight DARA\u2019s tremendous success at Eurovision:<\/p>\n

Therefore, we are creating an interdepartmental organizational committee chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Ivo Hristov, which will include the relevant ministries.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
